Darkend Wings of Salvation
Light streaming freely and unformed,
as the darkness swells up from deep within my heart.
An internal gateway unto oblivion.
Down non-linear pathways into a concept of creation unformed.
I fall for an eternity.
Only to find myself seized by darkend wings, lifting me up,
saving me from a nameless, solemn doom.
Carried aloft in her freezing embrace.
This fallen one, this darkend angel of cold,
immortal.
Looking down upon me, with darkend eyes of sparkling jade.
A fanged smile of frozen remembrance spreads across her marbled visage, so pale, her beauty, so pure, her love recaptured.
She whispers words of frost, so cold that they burn
